Think Pink

This was breast cancer month. I did these two cards for a swap using graphics from Heart & Soul by Laurie Furnell. The Perfectly Paisley Cuttlebug folder was used for the background and dimensionals to raise the stripe paper and parts of the card. The picture below was the first card I made; you can see how the embossing folder really adds.
Often you never get to see what they did on the inside. Thought you might like to see this one.

Faux Magazine Cover

This really is a picture of my sister-in-law, with the help of Fake Magazine Cover. I made this cute Birthday card for her. I cut the red inside with my Gazelle in just a matter of minutes, mounted it on white and then black. I think it turned out perfect with the front of the card.
It is great for the cowboy in your life, but they do have other covers.

Corvette Birthday Card

Here is a birthday card I made for my niece to give to her boyfriend. He loves corvettes. The paper I mounted the picture on is "Once Upon A Time". I used velvet ribbon and rhinestones for embellishments. I cut the Happy Birthday with my Craft Robo. The hardest part was finding a picture she liked.

Thank You Cards

Thanks to the very talented artist at pccrafter.com. I needed a couple of quick cards to take for the weekend, and not much time to craft and get ready to go. These cards were ready in a snap. I use Print Shop when I'm in a hurry. It is very user friendly and great for someone just starting. Here's the instructions for each:

1. Open graphic program (use quarter card setting if available)
2. Size graphic to fit the front or on an 8" x 11" use the bottom left corner
3. Print card, cut and fold card.
I added pre-adhesive pearls and brads to the card above.
I cut graphic on white card stock and cut around it with decorative scissors. I chalked the edges of graphic and mounted on red card stock. Tied a bow and attached with glue dot.
This is one of my favorite fall graphics, as you will remember here. I printed two cut the our and counted with dots for dimension.
